“ Dinner and drinks on Tuesday, 12/10/24. Met a buddy after work for dinner and drinks. We sat at a high top in the bar area. Place was packed, which was surprising as we arrived early and it was a Tuesday. For appetizers we enjoyed the Beef Carpaccio and Hot Tamales. A first time for me on both of these appetizers, definitely not the last. Both were amazing! For my entree I went with the grilled salmon topped with lemon-dill cream sauce.... Absolutely mouth watering good! Bartender makes an excellent old fashioned as well. ”

It is warm and has a subdued elegance. The food at Koestler Prime is top-notch and for the ambiance and quality of food, the price is more than fair. If you find yourself in the Ridgeland, Mississippi area (or anywhere in the Jackson, Mississippi area) and looking for a great steakhouse, I would definitely recommend Koestler Prime and I will give Koestler Prime an overall rating of five stars. ”
